Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location.

Typical delivery estimates are:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
  • Australia: 7–15 business days
  • Europe: 5–12 business days

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the package has been dispatched.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

From time to time, Nuvoral may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Nuvoral is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, your shipment may be delayed, returned, or undeliverable.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears to be lost, please contact our Customer Support team.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the package
  • Photos of the damaged product

Our team will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled before they enter processing.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be modified or canceled.


Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier delays
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • High shipping volumes

Nuvoral is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs authorities.
